Powers of office holders at the Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities – National Communities:
Provincial Secretary:
The Provincial Secretary is a member of the Provincial Government, responsible for managing the Provincial Secretariat.
The Provincial Secretary represents the Provincial Secretariat, organises and ensures the performance of tasks in an efficient way, passes acts for which they are authorised, sets up commissions and working groups to perform complex tasks within the scope of work of the Secretariat and decides on rights, duties and responsibilities of the employees.
Deputy Provincial Secretary:
Deputy Provincial Secretary acts in place of the Provincial Secretary and assists the Provincial Secretary within the powers determined by the Provincial Secretary.
Powers of appointed civil servants at the Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities – National Communities:
Under-Secretary of the Provincial Secretariat:
Under-Secretary assits the Provincial Secretary in managing the personnel, financial, IT and other affairs and harmonising the work of internal units of the Secretariat, as well as cooperates with other authorities.
Assistant Provincial Secretary:
Assistant Provincial Secretary manages the field in the scope of work of the Secretariat for whicch a division is established and accounts for their work to the Provincial Secretary.
