Official Records
The Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities-National Communities keeps official records in various fields within the scope of competence of the Secretariat.
Official records include prescribed factual data for which the Secretariat issues certificates with the power of public document, as required.
Pursuant to applicable provisions of the Law on General Administrative Procedure (“Official Gazette of the RS“, number 18/16 and authentic interpretation – 95/18) natural and legal persons, as well as parties in the administrative procedure shall no longer be obliged to personally require issuance of such certificates, but the authority, in charge of conducting the procedure , shall be obliged to have an insight into such data, to obtain and process them. In that case, the Provincial Secretariat shall issue a certificate upon the request of the competent authority.
If the certificate is not issued ex officio, stipulated by the Law on General Administrative Procedure, the Provincial Secretariat shall issue certificates upon the request of natural or legal persons. In addition to the request, the proof of payment of the Republic administrative fee shall be submitted.
