Mackó Zsuzsanna, Undersecretary of the Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities - National Communities
She was born in 1977 in Bačka Topola. She completed primary school in Gunaroš, and after that, secondary school of agriculture in the Hungarian language of instruction in Bačka Topola.
She continued her education at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad - Department of Hungarian Language and Literature, where she graduated from and received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Hungarian language and literature. Since 2002, she has been employed in the Provincial Secretariat for Education, where she has worked on issues related to education in the languages of national minorities. In 2017, she became the Head of the Department for the Exercise of National Minorities Rights and at the same time, she started managing the work of the Department for Translation and Interpretation Services.
She is currently attending specialist studies at the Károli Gáspár University in Budapest, i.e. the Hungarian as a Second Language study programme.
Since 2002, she has been a member of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians. In addition to Hungarian language, she also speaks Serbian and English.
Tatjana Veljković, Acting Assistant Provincial Secretary for Education
Ms Veljković was born in Novi Sad, in 1973, where she graduated from "Svetozar Marković" Grammar School, and completed her basic studies at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education.
From 1999 to 2019, she worked as a physical education teacher at "Prva Vojvođanska Brigada" Primary School in Novi Sad, and during that period, she also held the position of assistant director for four years. From 2019 to 2021, Ms Veljković worked at "Svetozar Marković" Grammar School and "Mihajlo Pupin" Secondary School of Electrical Engineering in Novi Sad. From 2021 to 2024, she was the director of “Lukijan Mušicki" Secondary School in Temerin, and since July 2024, she has held the position of Assistant Provincial Secretary for Education.
Slađana Jovetić, Acting Assistant Provincial Secretary for Administration
She was born in 1968 in Bačka Topola. She is a Bachelor of Laws.She has worked for the AP Vojvodina administration authorities since 1996 and was in charge of different administrative affairs. In the period from 2001 to 2016 she was the secretary of the Examination Committe for State Qualifying Examination, secretary of the Examination Committe for Bar Examination, as well as the secretary of the Examination Committee for Teaching Licence Examination for Pre-School, Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Expert Associates.
Nataša Midić, Acting Assistant to the Provincial Secretary for Regulations and General Legal Affairs
Ms Midić was born in Novi Sad, in 1992. After graduating from “Svetozar Marković” Grammar School in this city, she enrolled at the Faculty of Applied Security in Sremska Kamenica, where she completed her basic studies.
In 2020, Ms Midić successfully completed multidisciplinary master academic studies Terrorism, Organised Crime and Security, at the University of Belgrade, after which she furthered her education and training studying for a PhD in political science at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. She passed all exams stipulated by the doctoral studies programme with 9.60 grade point average. Ms Midić is engaged in scientific research in the field of law and environmental security and has several published scientific works.
From January 2017 to July 2024, she worked in the Administration for Capital Investments of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, and since July 2024, she has held the position of Assistant Provincial Secretary for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities - National Communities. Ms Midić speaks English.
Livia Korponai, Acting Assistant Provincial Secretary for Material and Financial Affairs
She was born in 1983 in Senta. She completed the Vocational High School of Economics in Bečej.
In 2007, she graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, majoring in Finance and Accounting. In 2009, she completed her graduate academic-master studies, in the study program Accounting and Auditing, at the same faculty.
After graduation, she worked in the private sector for seven years, dealing with bookkeeping and commercial affairs.
Since 2015, she has been acting Assistant Provincial Secretary for Material and Financial Affairs.
In 2020, she was elected a member of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, where she was also the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Administrative and Mandatory Issues.
At the end of 2020, she was reappointed to the position of Acting Assistant Provincial Secretary for Material and Financial Affairs.
Milinka Hrćan, Acting Assistant Provincial Secretary for National Minorities – National Communities
She was born in 1978 in Novi Sad.
She completed the secondary education at the Technical School “Jovan Vukanović“ in Novi Sad She graduated from the Faculty of Drama and Puppetry at the Academy of Arts in Bratislava (Slovak Republic).
She gained significant experience in the field of minority rights by working as a journalist, editor and TV anchor in the minority editorial office of the Broadcasting Institution of Vojvodina.
Since 7 February 2017, she has been employed in the Government of the AP Vojvodina, as an Assistant Provincial Secretary for National Minorities - National Communities and Translation and Interpretation Services in the Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities - National Communities. From 22 December 2023 until 25 June 2024, she worked as a Counsellor- Translator/Interpreter for the Slovak language in the same Secretariat. On 29 March 2018, she was appointed as a permanent court interpreter for the Slovak language for the area of the High Court in Novi Sad.
She completed a number of courses and trainings, including a computer science course for business secretaries, the basics of journalism for print media, TV and radio, training in the basics of digital recording and sound processing, a seminar in the field of human rights, as well as courses related to corruption, human rights protection, exercising the rights of people belonging to national minorities, preventing workplace abuse - mobbing, she attended courses in communication skills, productive meetings, application of the code of conduct for officials and employees, media literacy and conflict resolution, goal setting, protocols and public speaking.
She speaks fluent Slovak and Serbian, English and Czech at an intermediate level, while she has a passive knowledge of German language.
