State Qualifying Examination
The official records of the candidates who passed the state qualifying examination is kept by the Provincial Secretariat, pursuant to Article 27 of the Regulation on the Programme and Method of Taking the State Qualifying Examination (“Official Gazette of the RS” No. 16/09, 84/14, 81/16, 76/17 and 60/18) and with regard to Article 78 of the Law on Establishing the Competences of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (“Official Gazette of the RS”, number 99/09, 67/2012 – Constitutional Court Ruling in the case of IUz 353/2009).
The records include all candidates who took the state qualifying examination, organised by the competent authority of AP Vojvodina and they contain the full candidate’s name, their personal identification number, education qualification, name of the authority of organisation where they are employed, date of taking the examination and information about the examination results.
Certificates are issued upon the request which shall contain:
- full name,
- personal identification number ,
- domicile,
- contact telephone number,
- month and year in which the examination was taken.
Signed request may be sent by e-mail, by post or it may be submitted personally in the Records and Filing Office of the Provincial authorities.
In addition to the request, a candidate should also submit the proof of payment of the Republic administrative fee, in the amount of 800.00 RSD (pursuant to the tariff numbers 1 and 11 of the tariff of the Republic administrative fees in force) , to the account of the Budget of the Republic of Serbiia No. 840-742221843-57, MOD 97, reference No. 11-223.
